2015 makes it 5 years since we closed our first real estate deal (it was in 2010 Januvary). The thrill, excitement and commitment that me and my entire team have when it comes to making a deal happen didn't change even a bit during the past years.Only thing that changed is that we become more choosy in deciding our clients.

In India, Real Estate is an un-organised sector and most of the real estate agents are not Professionals.This was a huge challenge for us while starting up.With lot of effort we proved that it is possible to create a professionally run organisation and make sense out of the chaos.In fact our's is the first Professionally maintained real estate Rental Consultancy company in the history of Trivandrum, if not kerala.
